Welcome to Pebble Ridge Estate, your luxurious 4 bedroom home w/ sweeping views of Hood Canal and Olympic Mountains. Enjoy a day of swimming and kayaking from our shared dock followed by relaxing in multiple outdoor sitting areas with family and friends. Our 3-story spacious home includes a wrap around deck, sauna, workout/weight room, ping pong/pool table and an 8 person theatre to stream your favorite shows. Located less than 2 miles from Alderbrook Resort, local shopping, hiking and dining.
The space
This unique modern home located in a small HOA has three floors with vaulted ceilings, beautiful large windows, tasteful furniture/decor, breathtaking views, hardwood flooring and two sets of stairs. Be sure to enjoy our multiple outdoor dining and sitting areas and stone fireplace - it's a summertime oasis! Within a 5 minute walk, is our shared dock where you can spend all day at the beach swimming, kayaking and beachcombing. Sadly this property does not allow any shellfish harvesting, but simply ask your Super Host Kerry to help you with finding the best Hood Canal oysters and clams.
SECOND FLOOR
Upon arrival, you will conveniently access the second floor from the parking lot. Our garage is considered private, but guests will have up to 4 uncovered parking spaces. When entering the home, you are immediately welcomed with the main living space that includes a half bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. There are also two bedrooms with a shared (Jack & Jill) bathroom, laundry/mudroom and convenient access to the wrap around deck.
Our main living area is an inviting space with vaulted ceilings, large picturesque windows, gorgeous Hood Canal and Olympic Mountains views and a propane fireplace to nestled up to. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook your favorite meals, including an 8-person dining table and a long bar for up to 4 additional guests. Our large pantry offers an array of seasonings/spices, a crockpot, platters and bowls for entertainment and plenty of dishes and other household amenities to help complete your favorite meal preparations. Although there is not a tv in the living room, we do have a smart tv n the kitchen/dining room.
Bedroom 1 is spacious with a view, deck access, king bed, closet and a tv/dvd set up. Bedroom 2 is smaller in size with a queen bed and closet (perfect for children). Both beds have quality bedding, memory foam toppers and extra pillows and blankets.
THIRD FLOOR
Here you will find the primary bedroom with it's own private full bathroom and small balcony. Rest in a tranquil spacious room with natural lighting, a king bed, memory foam and quality bedding for your comfort, smart tv and a dresser for storage. The third floor includes an open office space, sitting room for reading and and a fun game table for two that overlooks the main living space.
FIRST FLOOR
Here you will find our large theatre room with 8 leather reclining chairs, blankets, popcorn machine and 65 inch tv screen. Adjacent to the theatre room is our workout/weight room with a sauna, small wet bar, shuffleboard and a dual ping pong/pool table for an exciting night in of gaming. Open up the doors to your well manicured lawn with outdoor furniture, lawn games and more Hood Canal and mountain views.
The first floor includes one bedroom and full bathroom. The bedroom has a king bed and a bunk (double bed on the bottom/single bed on the top) with an amazing view. Perfect for a second family to have privacy and access to all of the games and entertainment.
We have a large propane fireplace on our deck, a propane grill and outdoor covered dining for summertime meals. Want to kayak? Contact Kerry to help coordinate and schedule delivery upon arrival at the dock for a $50 charge. To access the dock, it is short walk or drive DOWN our hill to the waterfront. You have to cross our highway so please use extreme caution. Note that the dock is SHARED with our homeowner's association, but you are welcome to use the dock all day long until 9pm. Sunbathing, swimming, picnicking and good ole SUMMER fun allowed for all!
Guest access
You will have full access to the entire home and backyard/lawn. There are a few "private" areas designated throughout the home that are well marked. The dock is considered SHARED but you have full access from 8am-10pm every day. Our garage is considered private and not for guest use.
Other things to note
We welcome families! Should you need an extra bunk bed or two, please contact Kerry your Super Host to coordinate. We have a bunk room that sleeps 10 but will allow up to 4 children for an additional $150. Otherwise the bunk room will be locked and not available for guest use. Im flexible so feel free to reach out!

Wow! What a wonderful experience at this home. It was a warm and welcoming the second we walked in. It felt as if you were visiting your own family’s vacation home with family photos and cozy feel (but with the addition of luxe amenities). Some of our favorite things: the decked out gym, movie theater room (and popcorn maker), large family dining table, folding open doors to the patio to enjoy the view of sunset, beautiful peaceful garden and sitting areas, view from the bedroom balconies of the mountains, upstairs reading room, and everything your family would need to be able to cook together for breakfast or a nice dinner… the list could go on! Most airbnbs feel sterile and cold, like a skeleton property just used for high turnover. But this one felt welcoming and inviting with all the elements they used to decorate their home. We were there to celebrate our wedding and it felt so special with all the bible verses quoted around the home. It was the perfect touch. thank you!

Spent New Year's Eve here with a group of friends. The house was a great place to fit a group of 8 with plenty of space in the Kitchen and common areas. Amazing views of Hood Canal throughout the home. The Traeger smoker worked great to cook dinner. Everyone in our group agreed we would be excited to spend another weekend in this house.

We had a group of 9 for a birthday party weekend. We felt right at home and enjoyed the amenities offered. We had a small hiccup with the tv in theatre but Kerry was quick to respond and it was resolved easily. The only other issue was how complicated the outdoor fireplace was to light. It took us over an hour as the pilot was extremely temperamental. Knob wouldn’t turn well- may be stripped and need replacement? We did get it lit and was so lovely to sit outside. Perfect for foodies who love to cook. We used both ovens and dishwashers. Thank you Kerry for being a top notch hostess!

We loved the Pebble Beach house! We came in for Thanksgiving week and I picked the house as it had all the amenities I wanted for my guests. To say it was perfect is an understatement. The house is immaculate and I appreciated the care and thoughtfulness that went into every aspect of the house. My only regret is not being able to take advantage of all the amenities during our week which means we’ll just have to return, again, soon.

We stayed here with a group of 6 adults and 3 toddlers, and everyone had a wonderful experience. The Airbnb was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable for a group our size. The views were absolutely stunning, with beautiful sights of both the water and the mountains, which made our mornings and evenings especially relaxing. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again in the future. Highly recommend!
